TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MEETING ROOM USAGE

会议室使用条款

Definitions释义:

“Licensor” means Jumpstart Business Centre operated by Jumpstart Business Services (Shanghai) Company Ltd.
“许可方”是指盟诺商务服务(上海)有限公司

“Licensee” means any person or company requesting for the Meeting Room Services.
“特许使用方”是指会议室有需求的个人或公司。

“Hourly Service Charge” means the hourly fee for use of the Meeting Room as specified by the Service Provider from time to time.
“每小时的服务费”是指使用会议室每小时费用。

“Extra Hourly Service Charge” means the hourly fee for use of the Meeting Room outside of the reserved time period as specified by the Service Provider from time to time.
“额外的每小时服务费”是指超出约定使用会议室的每小时费用。

“License Period” means any agreed time period for use of the Meeting Room between Licensor and Licensee.
“使用期限”是指特许使用方与许可方约定的可使用会议室的时间期限。

These terms and conditions are made on ________between Jumpstart Business Services (Shanghai) Company Ltd. (the “Licensor”) and ___________________ in respect of Meeting Room Service.
盟诺商务服务(上海)有限公司(“许可方”)和___________________________于______年____月____日,签署以下会议室服务条款。

WHEREAS鉴于:

The Licensee desires to obtain a license for using the Meeting Room hereinafter defined from the Licensor and to engage the Licensor in the provision of office facilities and services at the Meeting Room and the Licensee has agree upon the terms and conditions set out herein.
特许使用方在获得使用下述会议室的许可后，方可使用许可方提供的会议室设施和服务,特许使用方同意许可方订立的条款。

IT IS HEREBY AGREED THAT subject to the terms and conditions herein contained:
特此同意本协议中包含的条款：

1.The Licensee cannot erect, install or alter any fixtures, partitioning or other erection or installation in the Meeting Room without approval from the Licensor. The Licensor has the right to claim the Licensee for restoring the Meeting Room into its originalstate.
在会议室未经许可方批准，特许使用方不能架设、安装或改变任何固定设施或是分割空间安装建造其他设施。许可方有权要求特许使用方恢复会议室到其原始状态。

2.The Licenseeshall keep the Meeting Room and the furniture and fittings therein in a good condition. Any damages act default neglect or omission of the Licensee or it's guest, visitor, servant, contractor, agent or employee shall be deemed to be damage act default neglect omission and the liability of the Licensee.
特许使用方应保持会议室以及家具和设施完好。任何因特许使用方或其访客、雇员、供应商、代理等疏忽或遗漏造成的损害行为，应视为特许使用方的损害行为及应承担的责任。

3.The Licensee shall not use any office facilities or services provided by the Licensor for any illegal or immoral purposes.
特许使用方不得使用租赁方提供的办公设施或服务从事任何非法或不道德的行为。

4.The Licensee is not allowed to occupy or to use other space in the Premises except the Meeting Room. The Licensee shall not cause any nuisance or interruption within any part of the Meeting Room and the whole Premises.
特许使用方不得占用或使用除会议室以外的其他空间，亦不能在会议室或整个办公空间对其他用户造成滋扰或干扰。

5.Smoking is absolutely prohibited inside the Meeting Room and within the reception of the Premises, the corridors and the common areas.
在会议室和前台接待处以及走廊和所有公共区域都严禁吸烟。

6.During the License Period, the Licensee shall pay an hourly service charge to the Licensor. The Licensee is only allowed to use the Meeting Room during the reserved time-period. The Licensee have to pay extra hourly service charge for any overtime usage of the Meeting Room. For Video Conference booking, the licensee will be entitled for 15 minutes' testing time, any over time testingwill be changed as published rate.
在使用期限，特许使用方应支付每小时的服务费给许可方。特许使用方只在预定时间段内使用会议室。超出预定的时间特许使用方必须支付额外的会议室服务费。对于视频会议，特许使用方享有15分钟的测试时间，超出测试时间将以公布费用计费。

7.The Licensee agrees and acknowledges that they can only use the Meeting Room for the time period they have reserved. The Licensor has the right to disallow the Licensee from occupying the Meeting Room outside the License Period reserved by the Licensee.
特许使用方同意并认可其仅在约定时间段内使用会议室。许可方有权拒绝特许使用方在预约以外的时间段使用会议室。

8.Full payment must be made for reservation.
预定必须全额付款。

9.Customer will be entitled for full refund if reservation is cancelled 3 business days prior to the first session. 50 % will be refunded for cancellation made before 2 business days. No refund will be made within 2 business days.
如果在3个工作日之前取消，客户享有全额退款。2个工作日之前取消将退还50%的服务费，少于2个工作日内取消恕不退款。
